Dance Facilitator and DJ
In 2014 she trained in the States with Samantha Sweetwater, founder of Dancing Freedom, a practice informed by 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance. By 2017, Sophie was a full-time DJ and Dancing Freedom and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator. She has now developed her own brand of Ecstatic Dance, Cosmic Dance and also collaborates with Ecstatic Dance companies around the UK and Europe.

Sophie has been a qualified yoga teacher for over twenty years and has taught in venues around the UK and Europe. She understands the importance of using the practice to manage the stresses of modern life and can hold classes both large and small, bringing experience and insight to the participants.
