Expect to enter into a warm and welcoming space where you can allow yourself to drop and relax into movement.
Some guidelines to create a safe space for the group:- let go conversation on the dance-floor (please go outside if you really need to talk)
Please arrive free of stimulants - let the dance awaken 'life' in you instead and wear bare feet or dancing shoes.
DIRECTIONS
Go right into Woodland Rd off Park Row then right into Cantocks Close then keep going into Medical Av, at T junction at end turn left then follow round sharp right then right again through school gates ....St Michaels on the Mount Parish Hall. Arrive at 7.30 and follow where people are going....door at right of 2 storey building ....on first floor....
